Event Terms & Conditions



By purchasing or using a ticket to this event, attendees agree to the following conditions:



1. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. No Ticket, No Entry

A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.

3. Spectator Access

Spectator access is strictly limited to the grandstand and approved public areas only. There is no spectator access to the playing fields, sidelines, team areas, officials’ areas, or any restricted event zones.

4. Seating

Seating is non-allocated and available on a first-in, first-served basis. Please be considerate and share space where needed.

5. Alcohol-Free Event

This is a zero-alcohol event. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into or consumed at the venue.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted: alcohol, glass, horns, air horns, loud noise devices, commercial food, dangerous items, weapons, or any items deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate by event staff or venue management.

7. Food and Drink

Commercial food is not permitted to be brought into the venue. Personal snacks and non-alcoholic drinks may be permitted at the discretion of venue and event staff, provided they are not in glass containers.

8. Bags and Entry Checks

Bags and personal items may be checked by event, security or venue staff on entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry.

9. Pass-Outs / Re-Entry

Re-entry may be permitted at the discretion of event staff. Attendees must retain their ticket for re-entry.

10. Smoke and Vape-Free Areas

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas, if available. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the grandstand, seating areas, playing areas or restricted zones.

11. Pets and Animals

No animals are permitted, except registered service animals.

12. Children and Supervision

Children must be supervised at all times. Parents and caregivers are responsible for ensuring children remain in approved spectator areas only.

13. Behaviour and Safety

Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff, security, venue staff and officials. Antisocial, unsafe, abusive, intoxicated or disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.

14. Medical and Emergency Access

Aisles, accessways, emergency exits and restricted areas must be kept clear at all times. Attendees must not block access for emergency, medical, team, official or event personnel.

15. Weather and Event Conditions

This is a sporting event and may proceed in wet weather. Attendees should dress appropriately for the conditions.

16. Event Changes

The event organiser reserves the right to make changes to event timing, schedule, access points, seating areas, or conditions where required for operational, safety, weather or venue reasons.

17. Photography and Media

By attending, spectators acknowledge that photography and filming may take place for event, promotional and media purposes.

18. Unauthorised Selling or Promotion

No unauthorised selling, fundraising, advertising, promotion, livestreaming or commercial activity is permitted at the venue.

19. Lost or Stolen Tickets

The event organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or duplicated tickets.

20. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. The event organiser and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

21. Right of Entry

The event organiser, security and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
